Iraq Chapter 7 Recovery Involves American Commitment

Iraq Chapter 7 Recovery Involves American Commitment

20 years after the 1990 Gulf War and the Iraqi Government is still faced with the clean up in the form of 73 United Nations sanctionsAmerican coalition forces helped to create these sanctions.  Today’s post Saddam agenda now has America committed to the recovery.

(Iraq) “Will not regain full sovereignty and independence without getting rid of these resolutions”, says Hoshyar Zebari, Iraq’s Foreign Minister in July of 2009.

The Government of Kuwait continues to siphon a percentage of oil revenue from Iraq with the help of these United Nation sanctions.  Kuwait also owns 60% of the banks in Iraq.  So if you can imagine the correlation of these two variables, everything is working together in the preparation of Iraq’s oil based recovery

Understanding a ‘ball park’ time line for the revaluation of the Iraqi Dinar would require a broad look at all the parts of the puzzle that once together form an inevitable platform for the Dinar to springboard from.

Iraq elections in march of 2010 will be followed by the passing of the hydrocarbon law.  This will increase oil revenue and combined with a forecast of increasing oil prices Iraq will be much better positioned for removal of sanctions and a revaluation.

Status of Forces Agreement was signed by Iraq Government officials which in essence was a promise of the U.S. Government to help out Iraq chapter 7.  Iraq is not out of the woods yet but the country is in a position where full independence militarily is within reach.

Michael thats a good reply; but I don’t know bro, I really don’t; this revaluation thing is over my head…….all I know is what I read in the News, or here, or another site. Now, with that said, from my understanding, Iraq, where the three rivers join, is the beginning of civilization. Basically, The Garden of Eden, so good things should come out of this whole ordeal…..Let us hope…

O.k. > so I couldn’t sleep> got the day off tomorrow> so I thought I would turn puter on and see what was up in the last 24 that I missed. Getting closer to resolving Chapter 7…o.k.—lovely. Jumped into a few other sites and saw some CRAZY predictions…got a good laugh. But I went into one site and got to watch some videos that were quite interesting! Nothing about current events or current speculations…it was about the dinar itself. There are quite a few of them and my husband and I watched them all. Her is the link….
    http://www.dinarbanker.com
Just look for the videos. Michael…these videos will answer your questions, I think. This place claims to buy and sell dinar…now…and after a revaluation. And they are located in different parts of the U.S. depending on where you live. Las Vegas, California, Chicago…and there are more. Nice to know!!!
I saw some chats tonight and they were claiming some wild stuff! Talking to bank personnel and claiming that the DE-LA-RUE MACHINE was being put in different banks ( Chase and Bank of America) across the country and the range date was January 31- February 2nd. IN THIS CHAT (and rumors) I might add…this person claimed that Bank of America will have a 30 day window and then they are going to “float.” (Whatever that means) but anyway, after the 30 days, they are sending the dinar to California. ” SUPPOSEDLY” the branch manager is taking her “vacation” to coincide with this….and she also has dinar and is taking them with her to cash in. They “claimed” that Bank of America has a rate set at .86 and Chase is at a rate of .86, as well. (NOTICE FROM CORP.) Now, I almost know better than to be spreading these rumors…….but it sounds good to me…and it isn’t like we have to wait long to see the foolishness in it, after all. All of it has a nice ring to it though…and if it falls through…we will know better than to believe such tales. January 31st is Sunday…..probably one of those pumpers trying to get you to do an emergency purchase or something. I am not buying in to it though. I have heard the….it will go by the week-end way too many times…and the funny thing is…I bought more out of fear! Now I set on a nice little nest egg and if it goes in an hour…I will be overjoyed. I want it to hurry up and RV. I hate the unknown! But I also know now that these rumors above are tales. Or, maybe one day…such a rumor will turn out to be true and amaze us all! Probably not this one…but someday! Anyway…just wanted to say hi and give you the link for the videos…didn’t mean to write a novel…it is late and I am wide awake! Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

  4. Michael says:

Good site Jennofer! I’m looking these videos: http://www.dinarbanker.com/iraqi-dinar-videos/

In this site, there are people that have invested only in electronic account, and not in real money? Thx

  5. Michael says:

But a question remains: who’s giving them the money to pay for Iraq investors?

  6. Trent says:

Jennofer we have been hearing some of the same information about the banks from our source. Does anyone know if there is any real evidence to back this up?

  7. Jennofer says:

Michael> what videos are you watching? The ones I watched said to hold on to your money because they have NO fdic insured protection there in Iraq. The bank goes under…your money goes with it and you never see it again. Still not sure about Warka…are they American based? Most banks in America are FDIC insured to $250,000.00 but not sure about Warka. With it being inside of Iraq, I am not sure if it goes by American standards, or Iraq.
Trent> like I said in my last post..these are rumors.. and most likely get started from dinar pumpers that want you to dig a little deeper in your bank account to buy so there sales go up for the week. But it has a nice ring to it…and if there is any truth to it…we don’t have very long to find out! .86 cents seems reasonable. Not to big of a plunge for them to come out with the (first) RV to draw out their currency and recover the majority of it in order to do a (second) RV at a later date. My huby and I decided that if they come out with a RV less than 1 for 1 we are going to hold on to a few 25000 notes…just for s**ts and giggles. See what happens. Once they come out with this, I won’t pay (say for example…it actually goes for .86 to their 1 dinar) $86000.00 for 100000 dinar. I think that is their line of thinking too! To stop the (corruption) of their dinar. Banks that buy the dinar at auctions may pay that…but your “average joe” like you and I wouldn’t>>not even after a RV. $100 / $86000 …I think we will hold on to a few we bought at the current rate today. Unless they put a timeline on ridding the higher values of their currency. In that case, we would have no choice but to sell out.
I still believe that if their is going to be a RV before the elections…it will come out real soon. The Bank of America and Chase “rumor” seems to make you want to believe in it for the reasons of the elections…but I definately wouldn’t bet my bottom dinar on it! I do understand that there are a lot of things that is going on over there and it just doesn’t seem like they would do it in their current “deficit” situation but are they EVER going to not have a “deficit?” When is the last time our country didn’t have some sort of “deficit” in our economy? Today, Iraq is setting deals left and right to sell their oil and to put it bluntly..I think they are in better shape than we are here in America! And for them to wait for our troops to get out before a RV… I “think” that they would do things their way…not the way Kuwait did it. Five and six years, they have rode the low value currency pony…I think they are ready to send that pony to the clue factory and hop on a race horse. I see their articles where they state that they want their currency to be better than all others. If they were not speaking like that in their statements, I would worry. They have built a foundation to that point…with a few things trying to hold them back, but I see them going forward anyway. They are masters of surprise…I have found.

  8. Trent says:

There is a news item on dinar daddy’s tidbits that says that the US military will be eliminating the use of usd in Iraq in order to drive up the value of the iqd.

  9. Jennofer says:

Trent> can you send me that link? I go in there and you have to sign in and all that happy stuff. I tried and it gives me the run-around. And what is up with this January 31- February 7th rumor? I see it in just about EVERY SITE I get into! Plus, I remember being told early in the month of January that these same dates are VERY GOOD dates of interest. >not trying to hype it up or anything! I lost my since of direction after the budget was passed. Now I am in limbo trying to get my bearings so I know what to shoot for next. I think these dates reflect WHEN the budget had to be done and the 30 days prior to the elections. But I was also told that the revaluation was NOT a law and they can do a revaluation anytime so how would the 7th play a role in this? Who knows? When we bought, initially, it was suppose to happen that week-end and then projected dates always seemed to follow when those dates passed. This week, it is Jan 31- Feb 7. On the 8th, it will be after hydrocarbon law. After that, it will be after elections. After that, it will be when the troops get out. And then guess what? Here comes the 2011 budget that needs to be approved! And the remaining troops that will be leaving in 2011. Do you all REALLY think they are going to wait for all of this to come to pass before they RV? Talking like they do about a RV? And I read that when this does revalue, U.S will have all these notes in the federal reserve to use as our “purchasing power” for their oil and other things. Is that true, by the way? Just curious about that because if the U.S. is actually going to pay for our dinar for their use…does that bring our “deficit” issues in our economy into play? But then again, the government is going to get a nice cut from even the smallest investors in this ball game. I see good things people! Not sure what that is yet!> but I feel really good about this.

  10. Jennofer says:

Hey! Can anyone translate this stuff? There is suppose to be a good article in there!
    http://www.alitthad.com
I can’t figure it out…but it is suppose to be good.

  11. Jennofer says:

O.K… GOT IT! HERE WE GO.
    >>>Iraq hosts the regular meeting of the International Advisory and Monitoring<<<<<
Iraq is home on Sunday, the regular meeting of the International Advisory and Monitoring in Amman. A statement from the information office of the office of financial supervision "participate in the meeting included representatives from the United Nations and The World Bank and International Monetary fund and Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and the committee financial experts and Iraqi Board of Supreme Audit."
The statement added that "THIS MEETING IS TO DISCUSS MECHANISMS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 1905 IN 2009, UNDER WHICH THE REQUEST TO THE GOVERNMENT OF IRAQ TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS FOR ALTERNATIVES TO THE DEVELOPMENT FUND FOR IRAQ AND THE INTERNATIONAL ADVISORY AND MONITORING BOARD, where should the Iraqi authorities to plan Bhmaalcon to the United Nations by 1/4/2010." The statement said "the meeting will address the guidelines of the international reports to be submitted to the security council on the same subject."

So…is this a good thing? does anyone know?

  12. Jennofer says:

Got it! And did you read the tidbits section? Someone on there claims they bought their dinar from their local bank (did not know you could do that) and that bank said they were no longer selling Iraqi dinar and they couldn’t “say why.” What would be the reasoning for that? People are all hyped up over the 31st-7th. I am scared! What….is going on????? I have not seen this much chatter the whole time I have been doing this! Are the pumpers stepping it up a notch or is there really something going to happen? Darren…if you are out there…can you please tell us if you have seen excitement like what is on the internet before? Maybe that will save me a heart attack!

  13. PurdueAlum says:

Not sure if it is hype, bu Jen I buy my dinars from 5/3 bank. They charge me like $1070 per million, not the best price but that rate is locked in regardless of a revalue. ( I know because I asked) This investment seems so right, I talked my father into investing a few thousand and he never takes any risks in life!

  14. Joe says:

Jenn slow down take a deep breath.I bought my dinar from Compass Bank almost 5 years ago and after a few monthes they stop selling. It got me really stoked, but that was years ago.It meant nothing. And wow you really put some time into this.Much appreciated. And stop call me average.lol

  15. Trent says:

Anyone, what’s your take on this:
February 1st – FED TO END CURRENCY SWAPS WITH OTHER CENTRAL BANKS …
My understanding is central banks by and sell each others currency. The agreement, whatever amount they buy it at, they sell back at the same value.
Would this currecny swap agreement need to end in order for the US govt to make money off of a reval?
    http://articlesofinterest-kelley.blogspot.com/

  16. PurdueAlum says:

In a nutshell, currency swaps are transactions where two central banks trade currencies at a stipulated exchange rate, to be unwound (e.g., paid back) later.

Intended to provide holders of smaller, relatively illiquid currencies access to more liquid funds such as dollars or euros, currency swaps can help countries through tough credit conditions and facilitate global trade.

  17. Jennofer,

Market awareness of the Dinar is going up. But the investment is still seen as high risk. And in this economy, there are more people buying but there are more people selling too. I am always helping investors find the right place to sell dinar now.

People are buying more dinar, but for every 5 dinars bought, 1 dinar is sold from an investor. You won’t hear about the cold feet investors in this blog because they don’t want to get put in the spot light for wanting to sell. So they email me in the support system.

This brings to the table a very important prediction I’ve made years ago. As dinar sales increase, people selling off thier dinars also increase. And eventually there will be the same amount of people selling as there is buying possibly even before an RV. So, when you think dinars are running out, they are starting to go from one hand to another. You have to see this big picture and how Iraq’s position is getting better.

  18. Trent says:

PurdueAlum, so you are saying that foreign currency swap ending Feb. 1 has nothing to do with a reval, it’s merely normal business?

  19. Michael says:

Stop, stop please! I’m confused! So, what would be the latest? So for you Darren, there will be no problem to give the money to speculators, who would we? And, to give the answers to my queries of past messages, how much does a movie theater in Iraq, or at least what is an average salary of an Iraqi?

  20. Jennofer says:

Welcome to my world Michael. I stay confused. Do they even have movie theaters in Iraq?
I see people back stepping on some comments they made in other sites.
The banking ones, anyway. I really didn’t read much into it this morning though. Who knows what is going to happen. Just stay tuned, I guess.
    Darren> thanks for the reply!

  21. Trent says:

Apparently the rv has to happen in the next few days for transparency sake, meaning the current PM not using the rv for political gain to be re-elected, or, it will be after the election and after the hydrocarbon law is passed, I think this is what Darren has predicted. The rumor mill says maybe in the next few days………my position is, if it doesn’t happen by the end of the week, I’ll buy more dinar some time between then and the election. Does that make sense?

  22. PurdueAlum says:

Hey Trent, Yes it is normal business but your really never know why the governemnt does anything. One thing always affect another, chain reactions but truthfully I don’t know. I am also with you, I will be buying now until the election.

  23. PurdueAlum says:

I have a question to think about maybe it is a dumb one but i would really like to hear what other think. Lets say a revalue happened. For example lets say .50 cents. So one dinar equaled one half a US dollar. Now that the value is up, lets say some one in iraq and wanted to by a snack or a mellon for a dinar or two. How would you give change from a 25000 dinar note? The lowest ives seen is 25 dinar note, is there a lower one? Would the Iraqi governemnt start mass producing lower denominations of thier notes? Have they already? Or am I behind the ball and they already have lower denominations?

  24. Mitch says:

Just a quick endorsement for dinarbanker.com First, they are networked world wide, registered with the US treasury, and BBB. The have been audited by the US treasury before because they have been in the business of buying and selling currency in America longer than any body else. It is true they have offices already set up in several locations nation wide when the dinar rv and yes they have the de la rue machines ready to go. If you purchase from dinarbanker.com they will purchase your dinar back and be able to transfer the money to your bank even before you leave the office – or I would not leave the office nor would you! Recommend calling dinarbander 1-888-346-2771. I have personally spoken and purchased IQD through Ty (the man in the video) they are they real deal – no bs! As a warning to myself and everyone if you purchase you dinars from a source not meeting the requirements established by the US treasury no bank will be able
to legally exchange your dinars for USD. Go to the site to read the requirements
set forth by the US treasury which could change the rules over night – hope not.
As for the dinar revaluing before election what a *** dream what a good rumor ;)
The IMF and world bank cannot artificially back a currency before it meets its potential, no cart before the horse. Meaning the money has to have solid backing through increased production of oil and political stability.

Perspectives yes.. Iraqi is not Kuwait…I have been in Kuwait and studied their industrial revolution in the oil business an amazing transformation. Kuwait was devasted by Saddams invasion but his stay was short lived, on the other hand, Iraqi has been devasted by a decade of sanctions by the UN, the food for oil agreement, internal friction, bathist loyalist and foreign fighters. Having said all that my opinion is that Iraqi is on the verge of economically transforming and a new era is dawning for a war ravaged people and country. Enjoy the ride….

  25. Joe says:

I still don’t see why you should have to prove where you bought your dinar. When I come back from Canada and exchange currency they don’t ask where did you get this.I had some Aficain currency they never asked. As long as it is real and not fake what would be the issue it is just money.I should only have to prove for tax purposes if there are taxes to pay on it.It looks like if I do have to pay taxes it will only be 0%-5%.(Thank god for being broke before the RV)lol

    Google 2010 capital gains taxes

Theres a link to the IRS site but the Wikipedia link has better info.

  26. Jennofer says:

O.K Mitch….what is your take on all this? You talk like we aren’t even close…is that what you are saying ? How do explain the majority of your fellow dinar holders begging to differ? Is all the dinar population misled and you have the upfront scoop on things? Why do they print it in papers that their intentions are to raise the value “above all else” if they are not allowed to do so? Why did they make statements about doing just these things in “2009 or 2010?’ ( I am going by their words, by the way.) Are these papers we read on a daily basis misleading us? I am curious…not furious…just so you know. I have a friend that ALWAYS said “not yet” “not yet” because of some of the things you speak of….but she is NOW SAYING “we are so close and it could happen any day.” She has followed this from the beginning and I TRUST that she knows about what needed to be there and what needed to go away. This has been in the making for 6 + years for some of these people and (my friend ) is one of them. She said that my husband and I got in at the right time and I believe her. After all, wouldn’t the revalue of their currency help them, as well? I don’t buy the deficit thing either….there is always going to be a deficit. I learned that early in life…the more you make….the more you spend.

  27. Jennofer says:

Joe> Mr. “not average kind a guy” lol! I am with you on this currency thing. I went to my local bank with some foreign currency and they were willing to exchange it for me and deposit it in my account …if it had been worth more than just a loaf of bread! I chuckled! That was the day I asked them if they take dinar and the woman freaked and said “we are at war with them!” That was wells fargo, by the way. And that was in November. I was told that the dinar was on a “black list” at one point and that is why no banks in the U.S. exchange them… BUT… they are OFF that black list now…but still LISTED…THAT IS ALL! It is just a matter of time. The person we bought our dinar off of sent us a copy of what we sent him along with his bank deposit slip with us listed on it. The sums of money he was depositing was not shabby either so I think he is the real deal. What I would like to know is HOW are all these soldiers and contract workers that brought dinar home with them going to explain where they got their dinar!!!!! The DE-LA-RUE machine should be the only factor in the exchange. (Just my opinion.)

  28. Jennofer says:

    Sorry…got home late from work..
I found something in the forum I read and it was sent to ( my friend) from someone else that posts in there. Now it isn’t the whole thing and it has no link…but it is either in todays or tomorrows (morning) ECONOMIC:
Finance Baqir al- Zubaidi economic (morning)
Question: What about the International Monetary Fund?
Answer: ( i skipped through it)
” now were not in dire need of IMF”
“We believe it is important to keep our relationship with the fund and sustain in order to benefit from the expertise and techniques useful in particular that Iraq had been cut off from the world for more than 40 years.”
” International Monetary Fund is now providing us with an elaborate SYSTEM of budget preparation, staff training budget system WHERE THE SYSTEM THE (NECESSARY) (ADJUSTMENT) ( ELECTRONICALLY) (TIME IS VERY SHORT)”

I see necessary adjustment…. I see electronically… and I see TIME IS VERY SHORT!
Like I said, it was sent to someone else, with out a link so I hope one of you find it and let the rest read it. It is quite long but they put this in bold letters in the forum I read. Gotta go to bed…have to be >at work< in 6 hours. Beware though….I am on vacation until Sunday..as of 2 PM Monday!

  29. Michael says:

Jennofer, “movie theater” could be confused:), I meant the cost of a ticket to a cinema. For me Mitch is a spammer! I never heard such stupid things, which necessarily have to buy a bank like dinarbanker.com.

My question remains, what is the cost of living in Iraq?

  30. Jennofer says:

I saw in a chat room that they were going to pay the oil workers a rate of $3.27 an hour. Translater please???? Who works for $3.27 an hour? In a oil field? Any one of my young grandsons could make more than that an hour raking a lawn for someone. I am curious how they make change over there. Do the Iraqi people even see a 25000 dinar?
Michael> I am with you on this Mitch guy. Did he have to come in here with his arrogant smiley comments and try to get us to sell our dinar or something? It WILL rv…….and even SMILEY doesn’t know when that could be! After all, I saw him trying to claim to be a master of Kuwait..and he is comparing the two as if they would make decisions as one. Don’t pay as much atention to comments and look at the facts. And I mean facts as in….what THE PEOPLE IN IRAQ are saying and watch for their many accomplishments they make on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis. They have come SO FAR in 6 years and what I would like to know is… what is it that people are looking for in order to actually BELIEVE that a rv is possible? Countries are always going to have one issue or another. Look at all the countries with employment issues and their deficits. They seem to hold their currency for the most part. And look at what they are saying in the Iraq newspapers…”their banks and their dinar has BECOME VERY STRONG.” Can we even say that about the American dollar? If I were hearing that they had a weak banking system..I would be skeptical……but they claim JUST THE OPPOSITE.

  31. Jennofer says:

ATTENTION> SPELLED THAT WRONG IN MY LAST POST….HERE IS A SMILEY!!!!!!!

  32. Mitch says:

    Hi Jenno,

I am merely stating my opinion, Kuwait is not Iraqi, based on historical facts. I do try to base my opionion on historical facts
and of course my gut feeling that an rv before an election sounds to good to be true. Your friend is right now is the time to buy because the value of the dinar is so
low and it will have to go up giving all the investments and vast undeveloped wealth Iraqi possess. Keep in mind Kuwait had completely developed oil fields and was pumping lots of oil before the first gulf war and all they had to do was rebuild their infrastructure after Saddams military destroyed it all as they retreated. My point is Iraqi is not at all in the same situation so I am factoring in the situation. As far as a time line I do not be believe the newspapers know when the dinar will revalue to me that is hype, however, there are many positive developements. Among them the kurds in northern Iraqi have finally agreed to pay money to the CBI to help rebuild Iraqi. Your optimistic and I am little more cautious thats all. Hopefully they peg the IQD to the dollar tomorrow morning ;) because it would benefit the Iraqi people and persuade the people to trust the new government. I think everyone should invest now but be prepared to have to wait for legitimate benchmarks to base a rv on. Jenno I truely hope the rv happens this year and am on the same page with all my fellow dinar holders in their hopes because times are financially tough for so many people. My opinion is an rv may not happen early this years and thats not arrogant its my take on it… Let me know what you think. Also have you heard anything about the percentage of taxes we will have to pay to the IRS if all of a sudden the dinar revalued at .86?

Who works for 3.27 an hour? The wealthy oil rich countries import thousands of workers from the poorest countries, India, Pakistan and pay them 3.27 an hour instead of the 3.00 a day they would earn in their home country. Usually they stay for a year and go back home rich.

    Later, Mitch

  33. Trent says:

Jennofer what does your friend have to say about the rv, ri, erm, an adjustment of some kind??? You said you’d be on vacation so give us an update. Thanks again, I enjoy reading your posts.

  34. Jennofer says:

Before I say anything.. I would like to apologize to you Mitch for being quite forward on my comment about your post. I am not usually a MEAN person -actually, I am just the opposite kind of person. I went on vacation and I think my morals, respect, and brain went too! But…I captured them and put them “in check”…and I am so sorry. And I don’t REALLY think you are arrogant….I just started posting in this site a few weeks ago and I have grown quite fond of everyone in here. I like this site because everyone in here researches things and try to help each other…and I like that. When one of us starts being negative, someone else comes along…not mentioning PurdueAlum name…and puts us back on the positive side of things…you know…gives us a pep talk to put things back in perspective. And not just that person, (I was speaking personal experience just then) everyone in here does that. You have every right to speak your opinion and I, from now on, will respect that. As for the IRS, I have “heard” that it will go by your yearly income for that year and what tax bracket you are in. No proof behind that so it is just the rumor that passed my way.
Trent> My friend thinks VERY STRONGLY that we are going to see a RV any day now. She believes that the things that have been accomplished, over the last weeks alone, have set things full speed ahead for a RV at any time. Now, so many things have built up to this point ( 6 years worth of things) and what needs to be in place…is there… and the other things that people are saying are going to hold a RV back…is not so. The last time I heard her speak of the ERM, she said they were going to do that, providing the budget did not get passed, but since it did…they no longer have to resort to that. Six months ago, she was saying not yet…because of unresolved issues that would prevent a RV. Today, she says there is nothing more that could hold it back. That is her opinion and I believe her. And please… understand that this woman STUDIES and has studied this for 6 years! She reads more than you could ever imagine and she can make heads or tails of articles that most are scratching their heads over.

  35. Jennofer says:

O.K. THIS IS FROM “MY FRIENDS” FORUM AND I WOULD LIKE TO RESPECTIVELY PASS IT ON TO ALL OF YOU.
    The UN treasury Up-Date
(my friend says:) You may want to check this out for yourself–Iraq so far has no number as of yet!!!
    htp://www.un.org/depts/treasury/
(she says:) I just checked out the up date for Iraq on the 2010 spreadsheet (excel file) they do not have a number for the month of February. There are also several other nations that do not have an amount by them either.

Based on the review the Committee HAD DECIDED TO ADJUST THE CONVERSION RATE OF IRAQ. Some members considered that the rate of the other 10 countries should also be adjusted. However, in line with the past practice and its recommendation on the scale methodology, the committee had decided to use market exchange rates for the other member states.

My friend also said: I was also checking out the GCC

    BAHRAIN…LAST MONTH 0.376…FEB 1..0.375
    KUWAIT…LAST MONTH 0.28…0.2864
    OMAN…LAST MONTH…0.384…FEB.1…
    QATAR…LAST MONTH 0.384…FEB.1…
    SAUDI ARABIA…LAST MONTH…FEB.1…
    UAE…LAST MONTH 3.67…FEB.1…

MY FRIEND SAYS: IT LOOKS LIKE 4 OF THE 6 GCC COUNTRIES DO NOT HAVE A RATE, AND IRAQ DOES NOT EITHER.

JENNOFER SAYS: I hope that one, or some of you can understand this…I don’t…just the messenger. I think it is a good thing though?

  36. Trent says:

Thanks alot for the update Jenn…I know you’ve written about how your family needs it. My wifes mother and husband also need it considering their age and financial situation…they are hoping…I’ll tell you I’ve seen the rumors come and go…I hope your friend is right.

  37. Jennofer says:

I tried to get into the site above…it is
    http://www.un.org/depts/treasury/
I could not look for myself…it would not let me in.
My letters on my keyboard stick and sometimes I miss a letter in a word. As what it did with the site above in my last post.
I know I like seeing these people (in October) talk about a review…deciding…TO ADJUST THE CONVERSION RATE OF IRAQ. and in the same paragraph mention the words we all… so love to.. hear…EXCHANGE RATES!

  38. PurdueAlum says:

Yes Jen thank you for the info, it sounds factual unlike most rumors I hear flying around. I have another thousand dollars I day trade with on the stock market would you suggest buying dinars from this information. I’m stuck in the middle part of me thinks it is soon and part of me thinks it has to be after more of the oil is produced to bring more revenue.

  39. Jennofer says:

Trent> I TOOK “MY VACATION” TO HAVE FRONT ROW SEATS ON THIS! I HOPE IT HAPPENS FOR ALL OF US. I want my vacation extended indefinately!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel good about this. If it happens we will all be doing great! If it don’t….all of you just have to put up with me until it does.LOL

  40. Jennofer says:

Oh PurdueAlum…you are speaking a foreign language when you speak of day trade and that sort of thing. If I had a thousand dollars right now, I would DEFINATELY buy more dinar..buy that is me and I know NOTHING of the kinds of trades you do outside of my dinar world I live in. So, it would be best to ask someone who knows about that sort of thing. Sorry.

  41. PurdueAlum says:

Basically I would kill my self if the RV happened and I could’ve bought another million dinars. Basically day trading is just buying and selling stock with in a day period. I make little bits of money with the day trading but if you think it is soon I want that day trade fund to be dinar funds.

  42. PurdueAlum says:

Jen do you ever read articles from http://www.dinartrade.com/latestnews.htm? They usually have good info, a new one was posted today about coops and the Iraq’s agriculture.

  43. Joe says:

I remember that when it came out.My favorite part is they say(we have decided to revalue iraqs currency)I don’t remember if those are the exact words. But Iraq was the only country mention out of the 11.It also said something about Dec.31 but thats come and gone already. It was still nice to see.And the tax issue google
    2010 capital gains law

There is a link to the irs site but the wkikpedia has more and better info.It looks like the less money you make the better. As low as 0%-5%.

  44. PurdueAlum says:

Taxes, huh well the rich know how to protect their money and you should think about it as well. I my self I trade stock and I consider myself a business, it is so simple. You just get an EIN number. All you do is call one number then you can use alot of your tax money on things for your “business.” for instance wouldnt you rather buy a nice car with your company’s name on it, or buy a McDonalds franchise instad of gicing it to uncle sam? If Im not mistaken if you have your dinars for over a year it is considered long term investments and isn’t that taxed only 15%? I could be wrong but I thought someone told me that.

  45. Jennofer says:

PurdueAlum> I go into articles of interest, dinardaddy, dinarspeculation, but the main things I focus on is the forum I read daily from my friend and articles of interest. Those two sites post EVERYTHING backed by articles and When I get done reading, and need to see what others are speculating…I go into the others. On dinardady tidbits…that actually gets comical sometimes! They are the violent ones! NO HOLDS BARRED THERE and sometimes it is cute to see people going back and forth debating on their view of the RV.

  46. Jennofer says:

    GO, RIGHT NOW…TO
    http://www.theiraqidinar.com/

It is the SAME EXACT POST I GAVE YOU UP ABOVE!!!!!!!!!!
The word is spreading like wildfire!

  47. PurdueAlum says:

Wow i must say Jen that website blew my mind with posts and info, especially the one with the exchange rates and the theories on the .10, $1.50, and $3.86 RV. It also answered my question on the number of Dinars printed and in circulation.

  48. Jennofer says:

That is the site I said was comical. If you get a chance, read their chats daily. I just saw that Adam Montana said “his contact” said that we could actually see something happen in the next day or two. Doesn’t he usually say stuff like, not this week or month? I may have him confused with someone else. I know American Contractor said that but “my friend” even got that newsletter and said that she did not believe that. Not the article itself…just the part where they said something along the lines of “no RV” and “LAW.” She insists that a RV is not a LAW and they can change the rates at any time…even during elections. Not that she thinks it will take that long….she is feeling it to be sooner than that! But we all have to understand that what we might see as being the “ripe time” for a RV….they are going to do things their way..and their way can be complicated. So if it turns out that 99% of the people, including my friend, missed the date……I will plug on and continue to trust what my friend says.
The post you are talking about is from the same guy that posted the one that you copied and pasted. He is awsome! He seems to be quite knowledgable.

  49. Jim Felch says:

    Everyone start this chant:
