Seems to be an ongoing trend where the Iraq Government is working oil export into the deals with countries they owe money to from the former Saddam Government.

ONE SMALL LEAP FOR IRAQ…ONE GIANT LEAP FOR THE DINAR WORLD!
Does anyone know how much the US and China governments own in Iraqi Dinar. Is it more of agreements on paper then actual posession of their currency.
PurdurAlum> I have no clue but I have read that U.S. has bunches of it in the Federal Reserve. Does that have anything to do with… “FEDS END CURRENCY SWAP WITH OTHER COUNTRIES? And I am really curious about somthing. I read that when this does RV, our country..U.S. will use the dinar we trade in and keep them in the Federal Reserve. So, wouldn’t that actually put the burden of having to pay this money to all of us on the US Government? How would they pay it, we are worse off than Iraq! Have any of you seen our deficits lately? And if they use it to puschase oil from Iraq, how would that play out? And when this does RV what are going to be the steps to cash in? Are we just going to wake up one day (soon hopefully!!) and have a list of banks that are going to smile at us and say ” surprise” “we exchange iraq currency now” …sorry we had to keep it a secret!!! Seriously, if this RVs in the morning, what direction is everybody going to be running in? Dinar banker because that is the ONLY place I have heard of that accepts them? I, personnally, have a dinar banker location a hour and a half away. And…I have seen on their tapes that if we choose to sell to them, they would buy them. My question is…will they buy mine even though I purchased them from a different dealer? My dealer is legitimate. I have all my proof of purchases. What about these people (military and contract workers) that do not have this proof? Do they make wallpaper out of them? Who knows…
I have had more than a million ID for years and aquired some in Iraq and some in Kuwait. My only problem not having an receit for it is in traveling. Sounds funny to have a receit for having money. That would only be needed in the States (being American) to prove that my possesion of ID was aquired for investment, so the taxes would be low, should I choose to claim it after being worth, well a lot. I do not want to declare it anywhere. When it “RVs” I plan on a trip to the Arabic penninsula for a vacation of sorts. The ID is honored even at present in most countries there and the exchange rate can be bartered. Maybe open an account there, possibly Iraq and then wire the money to a different account, not in the States, as I choose.
Jennofer, do you choose cash only for this investement? My idea to change dinar is to rely with a legal…
Jen dont dealer’s worry about where you bought them, that is a dealers way to screw people high dollars from them. I can buy and sell at my bank fifth third. And trust me when I say this when it revalues any bank will take it and here is why. When they exchange it they take a fee or a %, no bank will turn down money. Not to mention if we make money this is there chance to try and sell us thier CD’s, Savings account, 401K’s ect. Dont sweat it.
Sorry my cursor moved disregard the forst dealer’s in the previous post.
Michael> My personal choice is exchange my dinar when this RVs and deposit it into my savings and checking account that I have had open for years at Wells Fargo. That is what I am hoping for…that Wells Fargo honors them and only keep in each account what is FDIC insured..$250,000.00 there…for each account…I think. I look forward to being offered CDs and things of that nature to secure mine and my husbands future retirement.
Last night, I was brousing in the
http://theiraqidinar.com/
and this MEDIC guy…you will see..he posts there sometimes 2 times daily…was talking about how “his connections” were on a >confrence call< and "I think" it was the big guy from dinar trade..can't remember, I have slept since then…but anyway, "supposedly" this guy will trade dinar for $125.00 per million and wire your money into your account within minutes. They were claiming that our banks are going to charge us THOUSANDS! You really have to read it. Buy how is this guy setting up all these exchange senters for this "big event" and charging a fee without knowing the exchange rate? Did we all not just watch videos days ago warning us of these sorts of offers? Please…correct me is I
Michael> I have plans to deposit my exchange in my local checking and savings account that I have had for years at Wells Fargo. My bank is FDIC insured to $250,000.00 and I plan to deposit that amount to each of those. Depending on the RV….I will be looking in to opening up more accounts and I will be looking forward to securing mine and my husbands future retirement with what they have to offer in doing so.
Last night, in this site below
http://www.theiraqidinar.com/
MEDIC….you will see his posts…he posts there daily..was talking about how he was on a “conference call” with ” his connections” and they are setting up exchange centers in different states and will be CHARGING $125.00 PER MILLION to exchange your dinar BUT the stipulation is…his customers that bought from him get appointments FIRST, but he would take the rest of us. You have to read it but I find this very hard to believe because for starters, didn’t we all just watch a video WARNING US of just this type of offer? I mean, a rate …prior to a RV? I personally, think it is a way to get people to buy from “dinar trade”…I think that was the name of this company. Boost their sales for the week. My opinion, anyway. Tell me what you think…

Fundamental Factors That Affect Currency Values
——————————————————————————–
Justin Kuepper
Those trading in the foreign-exchange market (forex) rely on the same two basic forms of analysis that are used in the stock market: fundamental analysis and technical analysis. The uses of technical analysis in forex are much the same: price is assumed to reflect all news, and the charts are the objects of analysis. But unlike companies, countries have no balance sheets, so how can fundamental analysis be conducted on a currency?

Since fundamental analysis is about looking at the intrinsic value of an investment, its application in forex entails looking at the economic conditions that affect the valuation of a nation’s currency. Here we look at some of the major fundamental factors that play a role in the movement of a currency.
Economic Indicators
Economic indicators are reports released by the government or a private organization that detail a country’s economic performance. Economic reports are the means by which a country’s economic health is directly measured, but do remember that a great deal of factors and policies will affect a nation’s economic performance.
These reports are released at scheduled times, providing the market with an indication of whether a nation’s economy has improved or declined. The effects of these reports are comparable to how earnings reports, SEC filings and other releases may affect securities. In forex, as in the stock market, any deviation from the norm can cause large price and volume movements.
You may recognize some of these economic reports, such as the unemployment numbers, which are well publicized. Others, like housing stats, receive little coverage. However, each indicator serves a particular purpose, and can be useful. Here we outline four major reports, some of which are comparable to particular fundamental indicators used by equity investors:
Gross Domestic Product (GDP)
GDP is considered the broadest measure of a country’s economy, and it represents the total market value of all goods and services produced in a country during a given year. Since the GDP figure itself is often considered a lagging indicator, most traders focus on the two reports that are issued in the months before the final GDP figures: the advance report and the preliminary report. Significant revisions between these reports can cause considerable volatility. The GDP is somewhat analogous to the gross profit margin of a publicly traded company in that they are both measures of internal growth.
Retail Sales
The retail-sales report measures the total receipts of all retail stores in a given country. This measurement is derived from a diverse sample of retail stores throughout a nation. The report is particularly useful because it is a timely indicator of broad consumer spending patterns that is adjusted for seasonal variables. It can be used to predict the performance of more important lagging indicators, and to assess the immediate direction of an economy. Revisions to advanced reports of retail sales can cause significant volatility. The retail sales report can be compared to the sales activity of a publicly traded company.
Industrial Production
This report shows the change in the production of factories, mines and utilities within a nation. It also reports their ‘capacity utilizations’, the degree to which the capacity of each of these factories is being used. It is ideal for a nation to see an increase of production while being at its maximum or near maximum capacity utilization.
Traders using this indicator are usually concerned with utility production, which can be extremely volatile since the utilities industry, and in turn the trading of and demand for energy, is heavily affected by changes in weather. Significant revisions between reports can be caused by weather changes, which in turn, can cause volatility in the nation’s currency.
Consumer Price Index (CPI)
The CPI is a measure of the change in the prices of consumer goods across over 200 different categories. This report, when compared to a nation’s exports, can be used to see if a country is making or losing money on its products and services. Be careful, however, to monitor the exports – it is a focus that is popular with many traders because the prices of exports often change relative to a currency’s strength or weakness.
Some of the other major indicators include the purchasing managers index (PMI), producer price index (PPI), durable goods report, employment cost index (ECI), and housing starts. And don’t forget the many privately issued reports, the most famous of which is the Michigan Consumer Confidence Survey. All of these provide a valuable resource to traders, if used properly.
So, How Are These Used?
Since economic indicators gauge a country’s economic state, changes in the conditions reported will therefore directly affect the price and volume of a country’s currency. It is important to keep in mind, however, that the indicators discussed above are not the only things that affect a currency’s price. There are third-party reports, technical factors, and many other things that also can drastically affect a currency’s valuation.
Here are a few useful tips that may help you when conducting fundamental analysis in the foreign exchange market:
Keep an economic calendar on hand that lists the indicators and when they are due to be released. Also, keep an eye on the future; often markets will move in anticipation of a certain indicator or report due to be released at a later time.
Be informed about the economic indicators that are capturing most of the market’s attention at any given time. Such indicators are catalysts for the largest price and volume movements. For example, when the U.S. dollar is weak, inflation is often one of the most watched indicators.
Know the market expectations for the data, and then pay attention to whether or not the expectations are met. That is far more important than the data itself. Occasionally, there is a drastic difference between the expectations and actual results and, if there is, be aware of the possible justifications for this difference.
Don’t react too quickly to the news. Oftentimes, numbers are released and then revised, and things can change quickly. Pay attention to these revisions, as they may be a useful tool for seeing the trends and reacting more accurately to future reports.
Conclusion
There are many economic indicators, and even more private reports that can be used to evaluate the fundamentals of forex. It’s important to take the time to not only look at the numbers, but also understand what they mean and how they affect a nation’s economy. When properly used, these indicators can be an invaluable resource for any currency trader.
Another on the status of the Iraq oil fields.
This is BIG $ at 1M bpd
The World’s Biggest Oil Reserves
by Christopher Helman
Monday, January 25, 2010provided by
Chances are your energy needs are going to flow from one of these fields in the future.
This month Iraq will finalize contracts with the likes of ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell and BP to develop some of its biggest oil fields. These giants are among the world’s last remaining pockets of so-called “easy oil.” They don’t require ultradeep drilling or innovative production techniques, just the application of Big Oil know-how. No wonder the oil companies agreed to develop Iraq’s fields without even getting an ownership stake in the fields and collecting as little as $1.15 per barrel recovered.
More from Forbes.com:
• See the Full List of the Top 10 Oil Fields of the Future
• Most Corrupt Countries
• The World’s Hardest-Hit Economies
Given the size of Iraq’s undeveloped giants there are no technical reasons why within 10 years the country can’t supplant both Iran and Russia to become the world’s No. 2 oil producer after Saudi Arabia. No wonder Iraq holds three of the top 10 fields of the future.
The world gets its daily ration of 85 million barrels of oil from more than 4,000 fields. Most of these are small, less than 20,000 barrels per day. Giants, producing more than 100,000 bpd, account for just 3%. Then there’s the megafields that gush out 1 million bpd. These are the most important sources of energy in the world–fields worth fighting over. In figuring the top 10 fields of the future, we’re not interested in most of the giants of yesteryear, and not necessarily even the giants of today. Just the giants of tomorrow–those fields that might not even be producing yet, but will likely be doing better than 1 million bpd a decade from now.

The once and future king of the world’s oil fields, Ghawar, in Saudi Arabia, ranks first on our list. It is thought to have had more than 100 billion barrels of recoverable oil in place. At 160 miles long and 16 miles wide it confounds even the most experienced geologists. With something on the order of 60 billion produced over the past 60 years, you’d be excused for thinking that Ghawar was sliding into its twilight years. Yet the Saudis insist that Ghawar is still going strong, producing 4.5 million bpd from six main producing areas with the ability to do 5 million bpd if called upon.
The secret to Ghawar’s longevity is water injection. Starting in the 1960s Saudi Aramco began injecting water underneath the oil around the outer borders of the field. Today the water flood is up to millions of barrels a day, with the oil floating up to the top of the reservoir on sea of water. In conversations with Forbes in 2008 Aramco executives insisted that by continuing to treat Ghawar with kid gloves they’ll be able to coax 4 million bpd out of her for many years to come.
Coming in second is West Qurna, in Iraq, home to an expected 21 billion barrels of oil. This month a joint venture between ExxonMobil (XOM) and Royal Dutch Shell (RDSA) was awarded the contract to develop the 9 billion barrel first phase of the West Qurna oil field. They will aim to raise output from 300,000 bpd to 2.3 million bpd. It’s tough to make the case that the two biggest oil companies from the countries that invaded Iraq in 2003 are getting a sweetheart deal. The contract calls for the government of Iraq to retain ownership of the field and the oil. Exxon and Shell, as contractors, are to be paid just $1.90 for each a barrel they produce.
Third is Majnoon, also in Iraq. At 13 billion barrels, these massive reserves are in a relatively small area near the Euphrates River in southern Iraq. The field’s abundance was so mind-boggling that it was named Majnoon, Arabic for “crazy.” This easy oil hasn’t been developed in part because of its location so close to the Iranian border. In the 1980s, during the Iran-Iraq war, managers reportedly buried the wells, concerned that they might be targeted by Iranian forces. The field produces just 50,000 bpd now, but has the potential to do 1.8 million bpd.
The Rumaila field in Iraq, with 17 billion barrels, is the fourth-largest field. In November, British giant BP (BP) and China National Petroleum Corp. won the first oil contract of the post-Saddam era to redevelop Rumaila. Located on the border with Kuwait, the field is already producing 1 million bpd, half of Iraq’s total production. The partners intend to spend some $15 billion to treble that to 2.85 million bpd. That output would be enough to put Rumaila in second place worldwide after Saudi Arabia’s Ghawar.
So what won’t you see on this list? Mexico’s Cantarell is nowhere to be seen. It used to be the second-biggest producer in the world, giving more than 2 million bpd; it’s now in terminal decline, slipping below 400,000 bpd. Likewise Russia’s Samotlor. It was the monster field of the Soviet Union, with production peaking at 3.5 million bpd in the 1970s. Today it’s doing more like 350,000 bpd. No respect for China’s biggest field Daging either; it still produces roughly 800,000 bpd but is in serious decline.
As for Canada’s heralded oil sands region–sure it’s a massive resource, but easy oil it ain’t. Oil sands require monstrous amounts of water and natural gas to recover and process. A barrel of oil sands oil costs roughly 20 times more to produce than one from Iraq. And environmentalists think it’s dirty.
Lots of oil provinces didn’t quite make the cut. West Africa could see the biggest growth of all across Nigeria, Angola and Ghana–but so far no individual fields look big enough on their own. Same for Siberia, which has most of Russia’s production, but from mature fields.
Saudi Arabia could have been better represented. Its 750,000 bpd Shaybah field was a runner-up. Iraq too. The government didn’t receive any bids to redevelop the 8 billion barrel East Baghdad field because much of it lies under residential neighborhoods. And Kirkuk, in northern Iraq, has something like 8 billion barrels remaining, but it was damaged by overproduction in the latter years of Saddam’s rule and won’t likely regain its peak of 700,000 bpd. But it could.
In Depth: The Top Oil Fields of the Future
1. Ghawar. Saudi Arabia. 30 Billion Barrels.
The once and future king. Ghawar is thought to have had more than 100 billion barrels of recoverable oil in place. At 160 miles long and 16 miles wide it boggles the mind of even the most experienced geologists.
2. West Qurna. Iraq. 21 Billion Barrels.

They will aim to raise output from 300,000 bpd to 2.3 million bpd. The contract calls for the government of Iraq to retain ownership of the field and the oil.
3. Majnoon. Iraq. 13 Billion Barrels.
Massive reserves in a relatively small area near the Euphrates River in southern Iraq, the field’s abundance was so mind-boggling that it was named Majnoon, Arabic for “crazy.” This easy oil hasn’t been developed in part because of its location so close to the Iranian border. In the 1980s, during the Iran-Iraq war, managers reportedly buried the wells, concerned that they might be targeted by Iranian forces. That output would be enough to put Rumaila in second-place worldwide after Saudi Arabia’s Ghawar.
5. Khuzestan. Iran. 100 Billion Barrels?
Not just a field, Khuzestan is the province where 90% of Iran’s oil is produced. It borders Iraq and is home to the Ahwaz field, thought to produce 300,000 bpd, and the Yadavaran field, which is being developed by China’s Sinopec under a $70 billion deal made in 2004. Last year in the province Iran trumpeted the discovery of an 8 billion barrel field called Soussangerd. Iraq’s Majnoon field is thought to extend over the border into Khuzestan territory.
Okay what exactly is holding up the RV at this point?
for me Rv appears into max 5 years, but big big RV!!!!
I saw something about this on TV last night…
Jennofer it’s time for a news update.

So let me assist you on some info Jennofer has been trying to help you with,
Know this is just my opinion the Chapter 7, I fell really has no barring on the RV/RI the only sanctions that are left is 661 and 1849 that is based on the armament and the money laundering, weapons of mass destruction and the issue of Kuwait. The Money portion of the sanctions have been Lifted in Oct of 2009.
Now for the HCL, the law was passed in 2007, but there were 4 issues. Three of the issue were already resolved and the last issue that needed to be addressed was the distribution of funds and that is in the budget. The people are to get $1 per barrel that is sold from Iraq and all of the funds will be split between the Iraqi people.
We do know the budget was passed by the House of Rep. on the 26 nth of Jan. then it goes to the Presidential Council for Talibani to Sign off on,
from the days that it was sent there he has 15 days to sign it into law. Which he can do it at any time, the latest is the 10 nth of Feb.
Thats for the info Bubbajr.I will check your site out.
All of you are probably asleep by now…I myself am a night owl. Bubbajr is my friend that I have spoke of, so much, in the past weeks. She is awsome!!!!!!!!! She backs her knowledge with articles as well as works with many others that are highly respected when it comes to their intel of information. These people study what is going on and have a lot of knowledge in all the different areas of this. I hope that all of you join her site and read her articles, but please, respect her rules. I look forward to signing in daily to see her articles.
I spoke with her tonight on the phone and she was kind enough to spend quite a bit of her time with me and explain so much. She is like a song bird when I hear her speak. I found out that the Ali guy>>from dinar trade< you look at your computer and if it isn’t there, it isn’t there.) What more of an answer could he give me? That brings me back to where I have decided to cash in on my dinar. If they have to order foreign currency and I have to pick them up, then odds are, they won’t have the De-la-Rue machine there when this RV/RI happens. A simple memo and a move on the computer…not going to make a machine appear so it will probably be shipped out and take days to credit my account. And I am talking that branch…I don’t know about the others. Some are bigger than others and some may do things differently…I only got these answers from this branch. The last branch I asked questions about this to, the lady freaked! Remember me telling you? So, my responses are getting better!
As for our predictions on the RV/RI…I feel it. It is all coming together for all of us and I really feel it is going to happen…and SOON!
1) FAKE BOGUS AUCTIONS ( PDF FILE shows that the last auction held was the end of January But you see bogus # where is says they did.)
2) POP UP HOLIDAYS ( all government agencies closed for Wednesday and Thursday for this holiday, all the sudden, except local things)
3) So much reliable information on where you can go and cash your dinar in and at a reasonable rate. Opening up exchange centers in different parts of the US > ONE THING I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO HEAR! It has been a good and education day for me. I am a happy camper in my RV.
Just a couple examples that Bubbajr brought to my attention.
LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCE FROM ABOVE AT THE POINT WHERE IT SAYS >>FROM DINAR TRADE<<dinar trade< pop down to this one…read this..and then pop back up and read the rest. Sorry…I should have read it first before I sent it.
I have NO IDEA why my info is not showing up!!!!! It wiped out the SAME INFORMATION…TWICE!!
LET ME TRY SOMETHING…
IS LIGITIMATE…..DINAR TRADE.
DON’T KNOW? (THIS IS REALLY WIERD) MY BANK IS COOL…GAVE ME RESPONSIBLE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION…ANSWERS YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A GOOD BANK. THE IRAQ DINAR WILL SHOW UP ON THEIR COMPUTERS WHEN IT IS RECOGNIZED IN THEIR SYSTEM.
i MUST HAVE STEPPED ON TOES AND THE COMPUTER PICKED UP ON A NO~NO SUBJECT CUZ IT WIPED IT OUT~TWICE!
SO you believe in the exchange branches being set up with the de la rue machines. Has anyone done home work on that? Is it for real? Something just sounds fishy about it. It also mentioned my bank in that article Jen Fifth Third. And I think they were the most expensive. What bank do you recomend?
I have and I am going with the above mentioned. When I talk about it..it gets wiped out. Twice it did it to me. Not going with a bank at all. Nothing fishy…it is ligit. And for $150.00 per million…very reasonable! Bubbbajr got her website wiped out, as well.
I went into my mail and when someone posts something, it shows up on my mail. Bubbajr and her web site showed up there so if you subscribed to this entry…below…it should show up on yours to. Mine never made it past submit. I am not sure WHY they would wipe out her web site…it is just like http:// http://www.theiraqidinar.com/ and articlesofinterest/kelley-blogspot and the others we speak about daily but Bubbbajr and her web site is without the “drama” so to speak. It is a very good web site and posts mainly articles for us to read and be able to learn from and then share with people in here that did not subscribe. I guess I will continue to keep all of you posted in the “uneducated” translation of me trying to repeat things. Hopfully we will see a RV/RI SOON and the information we search for will no longer be necessary.
Hello all again, yes I have done my research on the banks and the De La Rue machine, which the company was bought out, about a little over a year ago. There is also another type of currency counter… it is called the Glory Machine… it is possible he may also have them. These machines are expensive and I know that Ali will have them at his Locations, what what I was told by a person that is going to go to work for him when it is time. The only place you will find these kind of machines for foreign currency is at the exchange centers for the banks, and they are either located in Los Angeles CA., Dallas TX., or in NY. Now Wells Fargo has there own Foreign Exchange Centers and I do know they have them, in AZ, at this time but not sure of the others locations though. Also all banks have what they call a Red Book.. these book are printed once a year that have foreign currencies in the to show the bank personal what to look for, to make sure if the note is a good note.
Like I said you are all more than welcome to come and read at my site, which is a news room and I can also use help in posting articles. Jennofer said you all are good news hounds I can always use the extra help.
If you have issues let jennofer now and I will do what I can to assist you.
Thanks for clearing that up for me/ us. This is the prime example of why I mentioned Bubbajr and her site. Things are presented more clearly and there is no “trying to figure out how to say it” as word of mouth information from myself can not be as well explained at times. I “trust her” and her answers have always been >cut and dry<!
She has reliable information, considering it comes from IRAQ and their articles and she has this site…minus the bs.
ok, just found an article that The commissions council of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) decided on Thursday to postpone the electoral campaigns of all candidates and political blocs until February 12.
This is huge folks Why?
bubbajr what is your site?
I was given a site that is awsome…… it is…
http://iraqdinar.aceboard.com/
Maybe by me….referring…this site…..it won’t get wiped out.
All my posts are “awaiting moderation” so odds are, if you got Bubbajr
first post in your e-mail…you have her site..I do.
This really blows my mind. Why would they stop “eduacted” information here? Is this NOT a site for all of us to gather “reliable” information and put our heads together and try to figure this RV/RI out? I really appreciate Bubbajr coming on here and giving us her knowledge ( over 5 years of it I might add) and then see that her post had been picked apart to allow only parts of things being posted in the end. And she did NOT have to do this for us! She is always so busy pulling these articles together in her news room and then invites all to come in and read. All of it was for my friends in drdinar… such an innocent invite got complicated, and for what reason, is behond me.
here is my site again: for you that want to check it out.
http://iraqdinar.aceboard.com/
Okay, so you want my site well here is my website and it is not a Blog spam. I created this site for those that want to read, the articles that contain to the Dinar. I have over 140 papers from around the Arabic world that I go too for the articles, not all of them will post article about what is happening every day. but I do go to the ones I know that will give the best information and then I will post on my site.
Every one is welcome to see for themselves.
Folks this is nothing new to me for he is be careful of what come in here.. I will also welcome the moderators to come over and see for themselves they are more than welcome.
I have been banned from many sites for giving my site out, because they say it is a blog or it does not exist, or whom I know, this is silly we are all here for the same reason…. to find the RV/RI. Until they see it for themselves or some one tells them. Well I am sending an Invitation to all even the moderators.
The site is only a News Room!

Jennofer what were you trying to say about dinar trade? I got lost on that one. I bought all of my dinar there with absolutely no problems. I have certificates stating the De La RUe machine no. also with each purchase. Thanks for revealing your friend to us. Also what is up with this Feb. 16 date on other sites??? Why the 16th? Is this more non-sense?
Trent what is the cost in USD for a million dinars?
Excuse me, someone can make a summary? Thank a lot
PurdueAlum that is public knowledge, just go to their site or anyone’s site and check it out. All I’m saying is I had no problem receiving what I bought. Get-r-done.
All my posts are messed up. Things that I was trying to say..disappeared… and made other things run together and it ended up running two different subjects I was talking about..together. I am cashing in at dinar trade. Not at the bank. I found out that they are, in fact, ligitimate and have a great deal for all of us if we decide to go that route. Then it cut right in to the middle of me trying to explain my visit to a small, local branch and the way things got cut out..and then extended..it looks as though I was actually trashing dinar trade and I wasn’t. I was doing just the opposite.
The answer to Bubbajr’s question above is that Faraj Hadari, head of the Independant High Electoral Commission of Iraq (IHEC) SAID THE REASON BEHIND POSTPONING THE CAMPAIGN UNTIL THE 12TH IS FOR GIVING MORE TIME TO THE IRAQI FEDERAL SUPREME COURT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE OF THE BANNED CANDIDATES FROM THE NEXT ELECTION.
My opinion: to why this is huge is Maliki better pull out his trump RV card because some more big boys could be playing the game soon if he doesn’t show his hand now. One of the reasons this is huge, anyway.
Jenn there is some weird stuff going that Darren’s crew needs to check into apparently.
So what about that 16th date thing?
Dinar Trade has very nice looking envelopes and certificates, it looks very professional and is always on time.
Don’t quote me on this, but I THINK everyone is talking about a meeting going on of some kind of great interest that day. I read this myself and all the other articles in my head are running together. I am not sure, but I think it is about Chapter 7. I may be wrong though. A lot is going on right now even though it seems as though there is nothing much going on. Behind the scenes, I think. Things are going to be moving very fast for them in the near future and “in my opinion” A RV/RI plays a very big role in it. Just my gut feeling. You just have to look at the upcoming events like them announcing a holiday for the government…at the last minute..and then them not having official results for the auctions> just #s in the paper. And then today, they announce that Iraqs pre-election is delayed by 5 days. These things are odd…to my understanding…and I am curious to see why all this came about. I think there is something they are hiding and it will be revealed soon. It could be nothing….or it could be something. Just my feeling on this.
Hello all here is the article about the 16 nth of Feb.

That brings the promise of a report to the UN Security Council on the settlement of all these issues between the two countries followed by the decision of Iraq out of the provisions of Chapter VII, describing the process is complex.
And the results achieved by the Iraqi diplomatic in their ongoing work to close the border file and compensation with Kuwait and the Kuwaiti government’s response to Baghdad’s efforts on this front, “said Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed Haj Hamoud, the phase that are entered Iraqi move with anticipation of the elections for the seventh of March to the expected period of stagnation after the elections and the formation of a new government in Baghdad.
International law expert Osama Murtaza expressed his conviction of the possibility of reaching a settlement with Kuwait on an economic basis lead to a waiver of compensation pointing to a change in the position of Kuwait after what he called the intransigence shown by the Kuwaiti National Assembly before.
Member of the Legal Committee at the House of Representatives Muhsin al-Sadoun For his part, pointed out that the Iraq of the provisions of Chapter VII would be the ultimate but also unleash a barrage of lawsuits that could threaten Iraq’s money, and called for the hedge, such as this.
Atheist in the twenty last December issued a UN Security Council unanimously adopted Resolution No. 1905, that provides for the extension of the protection of the Development Fund for Iraq for another year until the thirty-atheist of December 2010.
And the Development Fund for Iraq is the fund, which holds the proceeds of Iraqi oil.
Contributed to the audio file, Walid Khalid, who held meetings with officials and parliamentarians spoke about the chances of Iraq out of Chapter VII.

Okay, this is what is happening;
the IHEC has postponed the people that are campaigning for some Kind of office from the 7nth till the 12th. On Sat the 6th is a presidential meeting of the issue giving more time to the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court to solve the issue of the banned candidates from the next election, and then on the 7th is when the House of Rep.’s well meet to devote in debating a decision made by the cassation committee of the Accountability and Justice Commission that allows debaathificated candidates to join the election race.
this will give them time to settle the issue, we hope.
Once again. you totally amaze me bubbajr!
I think it would be better for all if if this thing happened after the election. This makes me uneasy….when I considered our elections here. Thanks for your input bubbajr jennofer’s friend.
you all are welcome for the input..
But I am hoping for this to happen this month for the RV/RI.
See in their elections(Iraq’s) they have a laws in please that they can not use the moneys from the budget for there campaigning. And I have been waiting for 5 + years, it is long over due for me, LOL.
Have any of you visited where frank, and ennorste, and medic, and others post nightly? I am afraid to put a web site…it will go into moderation. Anyway, in the past, you would see differences of opinion in there and it was actually, quite disturbing. But just in the past week alone, the subjects are very strong as to this actually happening between now, and the 16th. I see NOTHING beyond the 16th! Very few people speak of anything past that date! Now how can so many people see such a small window for us? And most all agree on this in this time frame. Even American Contractor has someone in there trying to make people realize that this is going to happen for us…and they are the ones that said no RV in Feb! Even the most negative in the RV are trying to say that it is possible. And then, that brings me to the subject of all the chatter of the preparations that are being made for our happy day. All the exchange centers preparing for this? If you were in their shoes, would you invest your time, money, and energy into pulling people together to serve these people with dinar? Not only are there things happening in Iraq…they are happening here to!
