Iraq President Elect Can Execute RV Within His Term

Have you been following events leading up to the Iraqi elections 2010? I for one never believed that an RV would be used just before an election for the current leader to create revenue to win the election. Massive oil revenue is a key ingredient to the revaluation potion being stirred up in the clandestine politics of Iraq.

Iraq’s Presidential winner in this years 2010 elections will have a very good chance in guiding the country into economic growth suitable for a revaluation of the Iraqi currency. What events can be expected next in 2010 to strengthen Iraq’s independence?

American Troop Pullout

“Unless there’s a catastrophic event, we don’t see that changing,…. We believe we’re right on track.” Gen. Ray Odierno responded to a troop pull out question in a recent interview.

Political Issues

There are several issues that will probably be conquered this year soon after the elections also. Iraq chapter 7 and sanctions to be addressed and lifted. Full implementation of the Iraq Hydrocarbon law which will be first in my opinion since it was postponed because of the elections. All these things are fixed to bring in exponentially more oil revenue in due time.

Iraq has never experienced world cooperation in oil drilling and dealing as they are now. There are ‘record breaking incentives’ for foreign oil companies to pump black gold out of Iraq. Russia’s Lukoil and America’s Exxon Mobil are among the front runners in a ‘record number of oil pumpers in Iraq’. Should make for an interesting oil based recovery.

There has been talk on and off over the past five years that the dinar
    would rise in value
as all would like to see this come. But it would not suprise me if it doesn’t
only time will tell.you just have to wait and see

I am a strong believer in the revalue of the currency. Many believe that it is tied to our Health Care package here in the U.S. I, myself, am not to quick to jump on that wagon. I find it very hard to believe that a country, such as Iraq, who is so eager to revalue their currency for their people, would dance around bettering their country and hold off for the sake of a health care bill in the U.S. or any other country, for that matter. They will do it when their country is ready…it is long over due..and they are lining things up on their economics and events in Iraq. Yeah, there are a chain of events that directly effect our investment in this health care bill…lucky for Obama…he slipped it in there prior to the R.V….but it is Obama that may know their plans of revalue and pulled this on us prior to the announcement. Not the country of Iraq waiting on us. All the gurus are jumping on that one and I just don’t buy it. This is not K-Mart sneaking in a big sale before Wal-Mart gets their shipment in to out do K-Mart on the sale…this is a country that is eager to prosper and a country that has had currency that has been worth NOTHING for years. They are not going to hold their people up for the sake of tax dollars here in the U.S. JMO..THOUGH. I might believe that Obama may have known more…but not Iraq holding off for Obama. The country will revalue their currency when they have their business in order and I think it is moving along nicely. When these elections..and the bickering passes, we will see more developments. Their are meetings and deadlines that most are not clear about. Your gurus out there may think that after this or after that…it will happen. Me, when I see the restrictions on the exchange rate lifted by the IMF and they start moving on their intentions of the exchange rate…and the Chapter 7 is behind them…and we see the 2010 budget get released…things will be more clear on what is happening behind closed doors. Until then, I will not “blindly” believe that something as crazy as a health care bill was the trigger in this.

Most of the news we now hear coming out of Iraq is on the `up side` – oil industry, construction, etc. etc.. The revaluation of the dinar is not far off, in my opinion – just wouldn`t make sense otherwise.

  4. Jennofer says:

As for your post Darren…I think you are right on the mark. There are record #’s of oil being pumped out in Iraq right now, I see the articles and I am amazed by them. That just grows stronger by the month. I don’t know much about the Hydrocarbon Law but I do know that it is suppose to be in the2010 budget…that we have yet to see released. The troops, I keep seeing where all but 50,000 ( I think) will be out of there this year. That seems to be right on schedule, but I worry about all the violence here lately over the elections. I hope it does not hold them up from coming home to their families. I am waiting, patiently, and I am sort of worried that by being in this less than a year, the short term capital gains are going to eat us alive on this investment. I will cross that bridge when I get to it though. Everyday that goes by puts me one day closer to my year mark…so I will see.

I should fall somewhere under the 15% capital gains tax. From what I have read it might be even lower(I can only hope).Darren what are you looking at in taxes in Canada?Or any other Canadians I would appreciate your responces too.

  6. Thanks Jennofer, I’m always looking at the feedback with a feeling in my gut that I posted something that is far fetched so I feel better now ; )

Joe, I have not seriously looked at the Canadian tax issue yet.

XE states the Dinar is to be redenominated not revaluated.

  8. Edward Bailey says:

When I first bought dinar in 2003 it was 3500 to the dollar. Now It’s 1170 to the dollar. It’s all tied into oil drilling and oil revenue. Period. Folks we are closer than anybody thinks. Just let the naysayers have their say, and we will laugh all the way to and from the bank!

  9. PurdueAlum says:

Rob yes they say that but who know what they are really going to do, lets say they do redenom, we may have RV’d by then. Many tricks and things can happen, really its all a waiting game

  10. Trent says:

Yes oil is money….it has provided many people with a good living. I am amazed by the amount of jobs it provides. It is really a wonderful thing.

  11. Jennofer says:

Rob…I do not trust the XE SITE. When it was brought to their attention about a previous “warning….iraq to lop their currency” and how the message was misleading, they CHANGED the “warning” ~ Iraq due to redenominate by the end of 2010~. What is that site good for, anyway? If it is what I think it is….it is a site that wants to buy dinar. What better way than to scare you in to selling out? I may be wrong…but for a site to respond to a “warning” and change it to something else….makes me wonder what kind of a site it really is. I do not trust it. I check the forex rates. No bull…just quotes. At least the one I go to, anyway.
I didn’t really get much from the news today other than Maliki being 11000 votes behind. That may have changed by now, more votes may be in. I am learning to be very patient in this. I don’t buy in to predictions…I just go by the news…and there isn’t much out there lately in that respect. But be patient, it will start rolling again soon when this election thing dies down. They have to eventually tend to their country…sometime! LOL

  12. I would like to point out that this latest round of ‘lopping’ on all these sites including XE all originated from 1 article that was written on a privately owned web site. Everyone talking lop lately is referring to this article which emits ‘end of 2010′. I wont point to the actual site.

    Heres a cool article

Iraq Fiber Gateway to The World

Iraq, March 23, 2010 – Computer Data Networks (CDN ) – Iraq office, a regional Systems Integrator and ISP is pleased to announce that high speed Fiber Optic connection between Iraq and the rest of the world is now fully operational. In November, Iraq’s ITPC and CDN announced signing of the contract under which CDN will operate and market southern portion of Iraq’s new DWDM Fiber Optic Network which covers the entire country. CDN is responsible for handling the southern portion which runs from Baghdad to Basrah and on to borders of Kuwait and Iran.

Following extensive testing and fine-tuning, the Network is now fully operational and is already handling customer traffic. Iraqi Ministry of Communications and CDN believe that the new fiber connection will allow regional operators, carriers and Internet Service Providers to exchange traffic with fast-growing user population of Iraq.

“This new addition to our branches across the region comes just at the right time and the right place” said Mr. Dejan Nikolin, Sr. VP of Sales & Marketing at CDN. “This marks a strategic milestone in CDN’s expansion. We consider the opening of our Bahrain office as a step forward in our company’s vision to more rapidly and affordably meet the needs of our clientele. We at CDN are confident that our clients will enjoy the quality of the services, products, and solutions we already provide in the other markets across the region.”

Mr. Sadeq Shehab, who is in charge of CDN Bahrain added “With significant experience, resources, and infrastructure, CDN will offer solutions in the key areas of Data Processing, Telecommunications, Networking, and Security. The Manama office will heighten our profile within the Gulf region, where we foresee significant opportunities for further ICT investment and growth. ”

  19. Trent says:

Jennofer have you heard anything about the rumor of the govt raising the upper end of the tax rate to 45 – 50% to rake in all the profits of the dinar investors?

  20. Trent says:

I think it sounds like crap…….but I don’t know for sure. Thanks to all. Good night.

  21. Jennofer says:

Trent> I hear tell, tale signs of things to that effect but I also saw rumors of people not having to ever file for taxes again unless you have a refund coming… in which case….you will be lucky to get one of those back! This new Health care bill has stirred a lot of accusations and puts us well in to the unknown of what our Government is up to. This health care bill has many hundreds of pages and it is hard telling what is in those pages that will effect our investment. I haven’t seen it ….just heard other people putting their 2 cents worth in to what they say that they have read. I have seen people lash out at the unfortunate that will benefit from this health care bill and get real vocal about the unemployed that (they feel) do not deserve this. It has made our own country very ugly and actually stand ~divided~ as Americans instead of ~united~. They would be better known as “the republicans” and “the democrats.” JMO. My husband and I have actually discussed moving to Canada…seriously…when

Our group is 100% sure without a doubt that you adam montana do not
have anything close as a CBI contact.

How we know is becasue everyone in Iraq that is connected to the CBI
knew the election results were going to be published on Friday 26
    March.

In fact, they had upgraded the security at all CBI government
buildings. If you indeed had a CBI contact he would have had prior
knowledge of this and would have never stated that the elections
results would have been delayed as you stated in your chat session.

You don’t have to admit it because we already know. You don’t have a
CBI contact and you never went to Dubai.

    Its all a scam.

Wow, Joe…I pay $45 >A WEEK< for insurance for my husband and I have a deductable that I have to pay on top of THAT! I want to move to the part of Canada that is over the Michigan border. I will be ( somewhat) closer to my family in Indiana so I am for it 100%. We are seriously considering making that our home…but travel.

My Father’s parents were wheat farmers in Oklahoma, my Mother’s Father was a carpenter, her mother was a home maker, she rasied nine children, the seven boys served in the United States Navy and Marines in WW2. They all came home alive!
I too am tired of this country that has turned into a piece of shit. It makes me sick thinking about what congress has done to America since World War 2. When they refer to America as the greatest country in the world I want to laugh out loud, but instead I cry. Joe you are right, America pisses off more money on other countries and hardly has anything left for it’s citizens. And yes both parties are going to run this place into the ground because of their own greed. They remind me of King Harod in the Bible.

Joe or anyone involved in this ordeal, if an rv does happen we could all meet on Stardoggers Victory Cruise and talk about it. American Contractor says maybe in June more or less.
